Gainesville has been a great place to live! I moved here one month ago and I quickly started to feel at home. The house I live in is a restful place. All the hills and the trees on the drive to Adventures each day are an incredible sight. There are a lot of great people living here and lots of ways to get involved.

One of my favorite moments in Gainesville so far was my run yesterday evening. I have found some beautiful trails for running and I also enjoy exploring new streets that I haven’t discovered yet.

Yesterday was a beautiful day and several people were out walking, running, skateboarding, swinging on swings, and any other thing people do on nice days. As I met people throughout my run, I was often greeted with a “hello” and a smile. And sometimes I was even greeted with a “hola”, which had me remembering being greeted by people in other languages throughout the World Race. As I finished my run, I enjoyed a view of a beautiful sunset over a lake.

I am excited to continue to be part of this community for the rest of the fall!

Please be praying for me and Adventures in Missions over the next two weeks! We are preparing to have World Race Training Camp for several squads launching in January. I am excited for the opportunity to be on a training team to help soon-to-be Racers through their experience. Prayers for energy, discernment, and most of all for an openness to the Holy Spirit working in our lives at training camp are greatly appreciated!

I am only $1,000 away from meeting my final support goal to be fully funded for this fall. Would you consider partnering with me as I serve at Adventures in Missions while becoming equipped to pursue my calling? Your gift does more than impact me and Adventures in Missions. It impacts the Kingdom. Donations can be made easily online by clicking the "Support Me" link on the left side of this page. Thank you for your support.
